What is the Cost Difference?

LC - Phone pricing is the same as purchasing Twilio services directly and even includes a 10% discount in selected categories. These services can be added directly in the Agency Settings > Billing tabs.

Is LC - Phone HIPAA Compliant?

Yes, the CRM platform has a signed Business Associate Agreement with Twilio.
